Instructions
- Cook Smoked sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
- Add Onion and Red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add Corn and Lima beans to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
- Stir in Cherry tomatoes, Butter, Salt, and Black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Heavy cream, Fresh basil, and Fresh parsley.
- Return sausage to the skillet and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
