Instructions
  1. Cook Smoked sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
  2. Add Onion and Red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Corn and Lima beans to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Stir in Cherry tomatoes, Butter, Salt, and Black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in Heavy cream, Fresh basil, and Fresh parsley.
  6. Return sausage to the skillet and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
