1 tbsp Avocado oil
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Avocado oil, Garlic powder, and Smoked paprika.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
  3. While Chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining Sweet chili sauce, Low-sodium soy sauce, and Lime juice in a small bowl.
  4. Once Chicken is cooked, pour Sauce over it and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Prepare Sriracha Mayo by combining Mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl.
  6. Mash Avocado with Lime juice in a separate bowl.
  7. Toast Sourdough bread to your desired level of crispness.
  8. Spread mashed Avocado on toasted bread, then spread with Sriracha Mayo.
  9. Top with Sweet chili Chicken and sprinkle with Sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
