Sweet Chili Chicken Avocado Toast
A more flavorful version of the classic, featuring a homemade sriracha mayo and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added texture.

A more flavorful version of the classic, featuring a homemade sriracha mayo and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added texture.
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with Avocado oil, Garlic powder, and Smoked paprika.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
- While Chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce by combining Sweet chili sauce, Low-sodium soy sauce, and Lime juice in a small bowl.
- Once Chicken is cooked, pour Sauce over it and toss to coat evenly.
- Prepare Sriracha Mayo by combining Mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl.
- Mash Avocado with Lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Toast Sourdough bread to your desired level of crispness.
- Spread mashed Avocado on toasted bread, then spread with Sriracha Mayo.
- Top with Sweet chili Chicken and sprinkle with Sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
