Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced Sweet Potatoes and Yellow Onion to the skillet. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
Add minced Garlic and Smoked Paprika to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
Stir in chopped Hazelnuts and cook for 1-2 minutes more, until lightly toasted.
