Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread Hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 8-10 minutes, until fragrant and lightly browned. Let cool and roughly chop.
  2. Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced Sweet Potatoes and Yellow Onion to the skillet. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
  4. Add minced Garlic and Smoked Paprika to the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  5. Stir in Maple Syrup, Salt, and Black Pepper.
  6. Add chopped Rosemary and Thyme. Cook for 1 minute more.
  7. Stir in toasted chopped Hazelnuts.
  8. Serve immediately.
