Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Sweet Potato Base ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in all Flavor Enhancers, including the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
