Instructions
  1. Make the Caramel: In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt Organic Cane Sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once melted and amber in color, carefully whisk in European-Style Butter, then Heavy Cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Bourbon and Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the prepared Caramel into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Smoked Pretzel Pieces.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  6. Sprinkle with Candied Pecans and Maldon Sea Salt Flakes before serving.
