1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
  1. Make the Caramel: In a medium saucepan, melt Granulated Sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once melted and amber in color, carefully whisk in Butter, then Heavy Cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in Sea Salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the prepared Caramel into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the crushed Pretzel Pieces.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  6. Sprinkle with Chopped Toasted Pecans and Flaky Sea Salt before serving.
