Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each ear of corn lengthwise into 4-6 'ribs'.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Brush the corn ribs with Clarified butter, then generously coat with the Glaze mixture.
  5. Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through and basting with additional glaze, until tender and caramelized.
  7. Garnish with Cilantro and Flaky sea salt before serving.
