In a small saucepan, combine all Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Brush the corn ribs with Clarified butter, then generously coat with the Glaze mixture.
Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through and basting with additional glaze, until tender and caramelized.
Garnish with Cilantro and Flaky sea salt before serving.
