  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each ear of corn lengthwise into 4-6 'ribs'.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until well combined.
  4. In a separate small bowl, melt Butter.
  5. Brush the corn ribs with melted Butter, then generously coat with the Sauce mixture.
  6. Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly caramelized.
