Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each ear of corn lengthwise into 4-6 'ribs'.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients until well combined.
- In a separate small bowl, melt Butter.
- Brush the corn ribs with melted Butter, then generously coat with the Sauce mixture.
- Arrange the corn ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly caramelized.
