Instructions
Cook Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Stir in Taco Seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Cook Rice according to package directions. Set aside.
Warm Nacho Cheese Sauce in a small saucepan or microwave.
To assemble: Place one tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of Ground Beef, followed by Rice, Nacho Cheese Sauce, Sour Cream, and Shredded Cheese. Top with another tortilla.
