Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the Yeast and Sugar in Warm Water. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add the Flour, Salt, and Olive Oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  4. While the dough rises, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Punch down the dough and roll it out very thinly on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  6. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread the Sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  7. Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese and Pepperoni. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
