Texas Roadhouse Beef Tips
A simplified version of the popular Texas Roadhouse beef tips, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.

A simplified version of the popular Texas Roadhouse beef tips, made with readily available ingredients and straightforward techniques.
Instructions
- Season the Beef with the Seasoning ingredients.
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the Beef in batches over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the Butter from the Sauce ingredients. Whisk in the Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the Beef Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, and Soy Sauce. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add the Garlic and Pepper to the Sauce and stir.
- Return the Beef to the skillet. Add the Onion and Mushrooms.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until the Beef is tender.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
