1.5 lbs Stew Meat-cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions
  1. Season the Beef with the Seasoning ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the Beef in batches over medium-high heat. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the Butter from the Sauce ingredients. Whisk in the Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in the Beef Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, and Soy Sauce. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the Garlic and Pepper to the Sauce and stir.
  6. Return the Beef to the skillet. Add the Onion and Mushrooms.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until the Beef is tender.
  8. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
