Texas Roadhouse Beef Tips
A slightly refined version of the classic beef tips, incorporating better quality ingredients and a richer sauce.

A slightly refined version of the classic beef tips, incorporating better quality ingredients and a richer sauce.
Instructions
- Season the Beef with the Seasoning ingredients.
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown the Beef in batches over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the Butter. Whisk in the Flour and cook for 2-3 minutes to create a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the Beef Broth and Red Wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add the Tomato Paste, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Garlic, and Pepper to the Sauce and stir.
- Return the Beef to the skillet. Add the Onion and Mushrooms.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 60-75 minutes, or until the Beef is very tender.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
