1 tbsp Hot sauce (Louisiana style)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Smoked paprika

Instructions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into large, petal-like shapes.
  2. Combine all Marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  3. Combine all Breading ingredients in a shallow dish.
  4. Dredge marinated chicken in the breading mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Heat about 1 inch of peanut oil in a large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove chicken and drain on a wire rack.
  8. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  9. Serve fried chicken immediately with the dipping sauce.
