Instructions
  1. In a light-colored saucepan over medium heat, melt the Butter. Continue cooking, swirling occasionally, until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the browned Butter, Dark Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Vanilla Bean Paste, and Fleur de Sel in a medium bowl.
  4. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust cinnamon or salt as needed.
  6. Serve immediately with warm rolls or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
