Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
  2. Place Sirloin Steaks in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
  4. Heat a large skillet (cast iron preferred) over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil if needed.
  5. Sear steaks for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to desired doneness.
  6. While steaks are cooking, prepare the Butter Topping: In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Parsley.
  7. Once steaks are cooked, top each steak with a tablespoon of Butter Topping. Serve immediately.
