Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all Marinade ingredients.
- Place Sirloin Steaks in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove steaks from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Discard the marinade.
- Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil if needed.
- Sear steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to desired doneness.
- While steaks are cooking, prepare the Butter Topping: In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Shallots and cook for 2 minutes until softened. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Parsley and Chives.
- Once steaks are cooked, top each steak with a generous amount of Butter Topping. Serve immediately.
