Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Beef Sirloin medallions and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt Butter. Add Water and Garlic Powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour Butter Sauce over steak medallions and serve immediately.
