Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Beef Sirloin medallions and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Remove steak from marinade and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt Butter. Add Water, Garlic, Brown Sugar, and Paprika. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
  6. Pour Butter Sauce over steak medallions and serve immediately.
