1 pound Large Shrimp-peeled and deveined
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice-freshly squeezed
1 tbsp Garlic-minced
1 tsp Paprika

A simplified version of the popular Texas Roadhouse grilled shrimp, perfect for a weeknight meal. It captures the essence of the flavor with readily available ingredients.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes.
  2. While Shrimp marinates, prepare the Butter Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Lemon Juice and Parsley. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread Shrimp onto skewers (optional).
  6. Grill Shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
  7. Remove Shrimp from grill and drizzle with Butter Sauce. Serve immediately.
