Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all Herb Crust ingredients. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Place Salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Press the Herb Crust mixture firmly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While salmon is baking, prepare the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat.
- Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Lemon juice and Parsley. Heat through, but do not boil.
- Drizzle Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce over the baked salmon before serving.
