New York Strip Steaks - 8oz each

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

A simplified version of the popular steak, focusing on flavor and accessibility for home cooks.
Instructions
- Combine all Seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Rub the Seasoning mixture generously over both sides of the New York Strip Steaks.
- Let the steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tbsp of Butter to the hot skillet. Once melted, carefully place the steaks in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to desired doneness.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp of Butter to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, basting the steaks with the melted butter.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
