Instructions
  1. Combine all Marinade ingredients in a resealable bag or container. Add the Steaks and marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. While the Steaks marinate, prepare the Compound Butter. Combine all Compound Butter ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Remove the Steaks from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of Olive Oil to the hot skillet. Carefully place the Steaks in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your desired doneness.
  7. During the last minute of cooking, add 2 tbsp of Compound Butter to the skillet, basting the Steaks with the melted butter.
  8. Remove the Steaks from the skillet and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Top with remaining Compound Butter.
