Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Raw Virginia Peanuts with the Smoked Spanish Paprika, Chipotle Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Ground Cumin until evenly coated.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the Local Honey, Maple Syrup, and Unsalted Butter. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth. Do not boil.
  4. Pour the honey glaze over the seasoned peanuts and toss to coat thoroughly.
  5. Spread the glazed peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and the glaze is caramelized. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  7. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Fleur de Sel. Let cool completely before serving.
