In a small bowl, combine the Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper. This is your Seasoning.
Sprinkle the Seasoning over the peanuts and toss to coat thoroughly.
Spread the seasoned peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
