Instructions
  1. Combine all Spice Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Pat the Steaks dry with paper towels. Generously rub the Spice Rub all over the Steaks.
  3. Let the Steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of Butter to the hot skillet. Once melted, carefully place the Steaks in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your desired doneness.
  7. Add the remaining 2 tbsp of Butter to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, basting the Steaks with the melted butter.
  8. Remove the Steaks from the skillet and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
