Instructions
- Combine all Spice Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pat the Steaks dry with paper towels. Generously rub the Spice Rub all over the Steaks.
- Let the Steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tbsp of Butter to the hot skillet. Once melted, carefully place the Steaks in the skillet.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your desired doneness.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp of Butter to the skillet during the last minute of cooking, basting the Steaks with the melted butter.
- Remove the Steaks from the skillet and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
