Instructions
- Combine all Spice Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pat the Steaks dry with paper towels. Generously rub the Spice Rub all over the Steaks.
- Let the Steaks sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.
- While the Steaks rest, prepare the Herb Butter: Combine all Herb Butter ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tbsp of Butter to the hot skillet. Once melted, carefully place the Steaks in the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, add 4 tbsp of Herb Butter to the skillet, basting the Steaks with the melted butter.
- Remove the Steaks from the skillet and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
