Instructions
  1. Combine all Spice Rub ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Pat the Steaks dry with paper towels. Generously rub the Spice Rub all over the Steaks.
  3. Let the Steaks sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.
  4. While the Steaks rest, prepare the Herb Butter: Combine all Herb Butter ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  5. Heat a cast iron skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Add 2 tbsp of Butter to the hot skillet. Once melted, carefully place the Steaks in the skillet.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time to your desired doneness.
  8. During the last minute of cooking, add 4 tbsp of Herb Butter to the skillet, basting the Steaks with the melted butter.
  9. Remove the Steaks from the skillet and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
