Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Dry Seasoning ingredients.
  2. Dredge Chicken tenderloins in the flour and cornstarch mixture, then coat thoroughly with the Dry Seasoning.
  3. Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is frying, prepare the Dipping Sauce by combining all Dipping Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  6. Serve the fried chicken with the Dipping Sauce.
