1 cup Buttermilk
1 tbsp Hot sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Chicken tenderloins and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine all Dry Seasoning ingredients.
  3. Dredge marinated Chicken tenderloins in the flour and cornstarch mixture, then coat thoroughly with the Dry Seasoning.
  4. Heat Peanut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the chicken is frying, prepare the Dipping Sauce by combining all Dipping Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
  7. Serve the fried chicken with the Dipping Sauce.
