1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

A flavorful burger with a sweet and savory whiskey glaze, reminiscent of the TGI Friday’s version, made with readily available ingredients.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine all Whiskey Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place Cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  5. Toast hamburger buns if desired.
  6. Assemble burgers: bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheeseburger patty, and a generous amount of Whiskey Glaze. Top with the top bun and serve.
