
TGI Friday’s Whiskey Glaze Burger
A flavorful burger with a sweet and savory whiskey glaze, reminiscent of the TGI Friday’s version, made with readily available ingredients.

Ground beef 80/20
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Onion powder
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
1/2 tsp

A flavorful burger with a sweet and savory whiskey glaze, reminiscent of the TGI Friday’s version, made with readily available ingredients.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
- In a small saucepan, combine all Whiskey Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place Cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Toast hamburger buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers: bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheeseburger patty, and a generous amount of Whiskey Glaze. Top with the top bun and serve.

- 1/4 cup Whiskey
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 4 Hamburger buns
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 Lettuce shredded
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Red onion sliced
