1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine all Whiskey Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly thickened and syrupy. Remove from heat.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place Sharp cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  5. Lightly toast Brioche hamburger buns.
  6. Assemble burgers: bottom bun, butter lettuce, heirloom tomato, caramelized onions, cheeseburger patty, and a generous amount of Whiskey Glaze. Top with the top bun and serve.
