
TGI Friday’s Whiskey Glaze Burger
A step up from the classic, featuring a more complex glaze and higher-quality ingredients for a richer flavor.

Ground chuck 85/15
1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Onion powder

A step up from the classic, featuring a more complex glaze and higher-quality ingredients for a richer flavor.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
- In a small saucepan, combine all Whiskey Glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly thickened and syrupy. Remove from heat.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place Sharp cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Lightly toast Brioche hamburger buns.
- Assemble burgers: bottom bun, butter lettuce, heirloom tomato, caramelized onions, cheeseburger patty, and a generous amount of Whiskey Glaze. Top with the top bun and serve.

- 1/3 cup Bourbon whiskey
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- Assembly
- 4 Brioche hamburger buns
- 4 slices Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Lettuce – butter lettuce
- 1 Tomato – heirloom tomato sliced
- 1/4 cup Caramelized onions
