1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

A classic French baked custard dessert with apricots and almonds. This version uses readily available ingredients and a straightforward method.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all Custard ingredients until smooth.
  3. Arrange the Apricots in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the Custard mixture over the Apricots.
  5. Sprinkle the Sliced Almonds and 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle the melted Butter over the almonds.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
