Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed Bread, chopped Fruit, and chopped Cookies.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Custard ingredients until well combined.
  4. Pour the Custard over the bread mixture and gently press down to ensure all bread is soaked. Let sit for 20 minutes.
  5. Make the Streusel Topping: In a small bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter. Cut in the butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in chopped almonds.
  6. Sprinkle the Streusel Topping evenly over the bread pudding.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
