Prepare the Homemade Aioli (recipe follows).
Prepare the House-Made Sweet Pickle Relish (recipe follows).
In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients.
Add all Flavor ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
Stir in all Texture ingredients until evenly distributed.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more relish for sweetness, sherry vinegar for tang, or white pepper for a subtle spice.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
