Prepare the Homemade Sweet Pickle Relish (recipe follows).
In a medium bowl, combine all Base ingredients.
Add all Flavor ingredients to the bowl and mix well.
Stir in all Texture ingredients until evenly distributed.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more relish for sweetness, Dijon mustard for tang, or cayenne pepper for heat.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
