Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all Tigelle Dough ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a glass (about 3 inches in diameter).
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the tigelle for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, let the tigelle cool slightly, then slice them in half horizontally.
- Fill each tigella with prosciutto, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
