  3. Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a glass (about 3 inches in diameter).
  4. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the tigelle for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, let the tigelle cool slightly, then slice them in half horizontally.
  6. Fill each tigella with prosciutto, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
