1 pound 80/20 Ground beef
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

A refined version of the viral smash wrap, using higher-quality ingredients and a slightly more complex sauce.
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Divide the Ground beef into 4 equal portions. Form each portion into a thin patty.
  3. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and smash them thin with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Sharp cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  5. Spread a generous amount of Sauce on each tortilla.
  6. Layer Shredded iceberg lettuce, Finely diced white onion, and Dill pickle chips on top of the sauce.
  7. Place a cheesy beef patty on top of the toppings.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll up from the bottom.
  9. Serve immediately.
