TikTok Style Pizza Pinwheels
Sophisticated pizza pinwheels featuring a homemade pesto base, creamy goat cheese, sweet figs, and salty prosciutto.

Sophisticated pizza pinwheels featuring a homemade pesto base, creamy goat cheese, sweet figs, and salty prosciutto.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Make the Pesto: Combine all Pesto ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Unroll the Dough on a lightly floured surface and spread evenly with the Pesto.
- Spread the Goat cheese over the pesto.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, then arrange the Figs and Prosciutto evenly over the cheese.
- Starting with one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
- Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the pinwheels with melted Butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with Balsamic glaze before serving.
