Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Mushrooms in a pan with a little butter until softened and browned.
- In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Salt and White Pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked Pasta, Tuna, Sauce, Peas, and sautéed Mushrooms.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Panko Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, and Parsley.
- Sprinkle topping evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
