Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté Mushrooms in a pan with a little butter until softened and browned.
  4. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Salt and White Pepper.
  7. In a large bowl, combine cooked Pasta, Tuna, Sauce, Peas, and sautéed Mushrooms.
  8. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  9. In a small bowl, combine Panko Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, and Parsley.
  10. Sprinkle topping evenly over the casserole.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
