Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt Butter from Sauce ingredients over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 2 minutes, creating a roux.
Gradually whisk in Milk and White Wine from Sauce ingredients until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until thickened. Stir in Salt and White Pepper.
Stir in Truffle Oil from Sauce ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine cooked Pasta, Tuna, Sauce, Peas, Leeks, and Mushrooms.
Stir in Gruyère and Parmesan Cheese from Cheese.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Garnish with Fresh Parsley from Garnish before serving.
