Cook Bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving bacon fat in the skillet.
Add Onion to the skillet with bacon fat and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
Add Turnip Tops to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted and tender, about 10-15 minutes. If the pan gets too dry, add a tablespoon of water.
Deglaze the pan with Sherry, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the Sherry to reduce slightly.
Crumble the cooked Bacon and add it back to the skillet.
Season with Salt, Black Pepper, and Nutmeg. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
