Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and scrub the Potatoes. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- Bake the Potatoes for 60-75 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Let the Potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully scoop out the potato flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato attached to the skin. Place the potato flesh in a large bowl.
- To the bowl with the potato flesh, add the Butter, Milk, Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Salt, and Pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
- Fill the potato skins with the potato mixture.
- Place the filled potatoes back in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
