Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the Potatoes. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  3. Bake the Potatoes for 60-75 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  4. Let the Potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Carefully scoop out the potato flesh, leaving about 1/4 inch of potato attached to the skin. Place the potato flesh in a large bowl.
  6. To the bowl with the potato flesh, add the Butter, Milk, Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Salt, and Pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  7. Fill the potato skins with the potato mixture.
  8. Place the filled potatoes back in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately.
