Instructions
- Grate the Cucumber and place in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out as much excess water as possible. This prevents a watery Tzatziki.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more lemon juice for tanginess, or salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. This step is important for the best flavor.
