Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, and Cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the Diced tomatoes, Kidney beans, and Water to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Open a bag of Fritos corn chips lengthwise. Spoon a generous amount of Chili into the bag.
- Top with Shredded cheddar cheese, Sour cream, and Chopped onions.
- Eat directly from the bag with a fork.
