2 Avocados-ripe Hass
3 tablespoons Olive oil-cold-pressed extra virgin
2 tablespoons Lemon juice-freshly squeezed
2 cloves Garlic-roasted

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pistachio Dukkah: Toast Pistachios, Sesame seeds, Cumin seeds, and Coriander seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, until fragrant. Let cool slightly, then combine in a food processor with Flake salt and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Combine all Base ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or pepper if desired.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and generously sprinkle with Pistachio Dukkah. Serve immediately.
