Instructions
- Combine all Base ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice, pepper, or red pepper flakes if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with Fresh dill and Fresh mint.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
