4 oz Ground pork
1 large Yellow onion-thinly sliced
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Salt

A step up from the standard version, featuring a more flavorful beef blend, caramelized onions, and a slightly more complex sauce.
Instructions
  1. Caramelize the Onion: Heat Olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced Onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes, until deeply golden brown and caramelized.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the Beef, Ground pork, Salt, White pepper, and Garlic powder. Do not overmix.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form into thin patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
  4. Heat a large griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  6. While the patties are cooking, lightly butter the inside of the Slider buns.
  7. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  8. Place a pickle chip and a smear of Sauce on the bottom bun.
  9. Top with a cooked patty and a spoonful of caramelized Onion, then the top bun. Serve immediately.
