Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Wet Ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Gently toss the Berry Filling ingredients together. The cornstarch will help thicken the juices.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the berry mixture evenly over the batter.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the Streusel Topping ingredients. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour, sugar, and oats until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the berries.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
